NBAD Academy supports our people in managing their individual performance in a variety of innovative and leading edge ways. We know that everyone is different and that they need different support to meet their own development needs. Some of the ways in which we help our people manage their development include:

• A range of personal effectiveness skills development programs including Maximizing Your Time, Communication and Interpersonal Skills, and Presentation Skills.
• The Career Planning Workshop supports participants by giving them skills to be able to actively contribute in career planning conversations with their managers. They are also encouraged to take responsibility for the development of their career in the way that best suits their individual needs.
• The IDEAS Program supports Senior Leaders in developing a clear and integrated business and personal vision.
• Project Management Training supports understanding the definition and use of project management, together with project life cycle and roles and responsibilities for strategic projects.
