NBAD offers the international scholarship program for UAE Nationals who are looking for a secured career with unlimited choices and interested in pursuing their education abroad
Intern in the international scholarship program will receive a completive monthly salary, medical insurance, tickets, and university fees. Your employment with NBAD is guaranteed upon successful completion of your studies.
The following programs are a priority for sponsorship:
- Business / Finance
- Financial Management / Accounting
- Financial Services
- International Business Studies
PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS
To be considered for the program you need to meet the following criteria:
- The scheme is intended for UAE National students only
- High school graduate with 85% and above
- Agreement to undertake work experience with the bank.
- Universities and Colleges must be accredited by UAE Ministry of Education.
- Achieve a satisfactory GPA during the entire period of sponsorship – of minimum 2.5 GPA – failure to do so may result in sponsorship being withdrawn. Program Attendance is also monitored and an absence rate of more than 20% may also result in sponsorship being withdrawn.
- Commit to working for NBAD for period of time equivalent to the sponsorship immediately after they have finished the program – for example- if program lasts 4 years – then the sponsored students signs up to be employed by NBAD for a minimum of 4 years or payback the investment made by NBAD
