UAE National Development Programs aim to ensure success for UAE nationals wishing to pursue a career in the Financial Services industry.

To deliver NBAD’s National Development Programs the bank has initiated two programs: AFAQ and Al Bedayah:

• AFAQ is a one year management trainee program for high potential University graduates.
• Al Bedayah is a program for school leavers, which lasts approximately six months.

The aim is to maximize the number of Nationals in NBAD’s workforce and to provide them with the knowledge and capabilities so that they will succeed and excel in their individual careers.
