The Sponsorship Program
If you are a UAE National and are interested in pursuing a career in Banking, then NBAD offers a sponsorship program that will provide you with the best possible start to your career.

As a sponsored student, you receive a monthly allowance of AED 4,000 and your employment at NBAD is guaranteed upon successful completion of your studies. We also provide work experience as well as summer training (optional) during your studies. Support with your project work / assignments and regular contact with NBAD Emiratisation team are additional benefits that you receive as a NBAD sponsored student. In this way, you will be able to pursue your career and interest in NBAD before you have even graduated.

Program Participants
To be considered for the program you need to meet the following criteria:

• The scheme is intended for UAE National students only
• Students with cumulative GPA not less that 2.5.
• Sign undertaking letter to accept employment with the bank for a minimum of same period of sponsorship.
• Agreement to undertake work experience with the bank.
• Maintain successful cumulative GPA during the academic studies.
• Universities and Colleges must be accredited by UAE Ministry of Education.
