NBAD has a state-of-the-art 24 hour call center, to cater to customers queries
any time of the day. The customer can do a variety of transaction over our interactive
voice system, or if they prefer speak to any of our Customer Service Representative
(CSR) anytime between the transactions.
By dialing our toll free number 800 2211, customers can do a variety of transactions
through Interactive Voice Response System (IVR), or if they prefer, they can
speak to any of our CSRs.
Our Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) facilitates the following transactions
Credit Card inquiries : OTB (Available Credit Limit), Outstanding amount, Overdue
Amount, Last 5 transactions, Statement by Fax, Amount Due & Due Date
Account inquiries - Available Balance, Last credit in the account, Last 5 transactions,
Last salary, Statement by fax, and Cheque book request for current account
Utility bill payments ( ADDC,DEWA,E-vision, Etisalat ) from your account or
a credit card, Inter-account transfer, Credit card payment
Transfers within your own accounts at NBAD

If you prefer to speak to one our CSRs any time during your call, you can do
so by simply dialing 0. Apart from all the above transactions, our CSRs are
equipped to facilitate the following extra requirements.
Credit card activation and blocking (lost or stolen), granting temporarily bonus,
release of blocked funds pending authorization.
Debit card blocking ( Lost or Stolen ), debit card general inquiries providing
general information.
Information about all NBAD products and Services.
In case you wish one of our Sales staff to visit you at your convenience and
explain to you about our loans and service, please pass on your contact details
to our CSRs, who will then direct one of our staff to contact you.
Safety and Security.
Our Call center banking system is easy, safe and secure. Every customer is authenticated
by a unique PIN number, which the customer will be requested to key in before
accessing the different services provided by the IVR system.
How to Obtain your PIN?
For Individual Account Holders Only
If you were registered with the previous Phone Plus service, please use your
Phone Plus PIN number for accessing the new system, if not please ask the Customer
Service Representative for a PIN, and they will guide you to generate your PIN
immediately.
