Through NBAD Mobile App, all Bank Account Holders, GEMS Credit Card Holders and Prepaid Card holders can:

  • Enquire about their Account/ Credit Card or Prepaid Card balance.
  • Transfer money domestically to another person, or to oneself, where money can be cashed out from any NBAD ATM within 24 hours using a one time pin received through SMS.
  • Send money internationally to anyone worldwide where receivers can cash out the money from any of the 256,000 MoneyGram agents located in 192 countries within 10 minutes.
  • Pay bills to Etisalat, utility companies and selected merchants.
  • Donate to Red Crescent Society and other Charities.
  • View your mobile transactions history.
